Challenge: Define and position O’Donnell Law Firm so potential clients will select them for their service and advice, and colleagues will recognize their ability integrity. Create additional visibility and provide an increased customer base.

Goal: Brand and position O’Donnell Law Firm based on the founder’s principals of honesty, integrity and compassion. Create visibility in multiple markets to achieve 17+ impressions to capture a new audience during the decision-making process. Strengthen the perceived value among existing customers to increase client retention.

Actions Taken: Developed a multi-layered interactive marketing plan that consisted of obtaining impressions via several media outlets focusing on the basic foundation of their brand. Brand management was an integral part of the plan to emphasize “trust,” as that message needed to be consistently delivered throughout the client’s decision-making process. Based on quantitative data, a video was showcased in several initiatives to provide the personality and face of the firm.

Results: Wide brand visibility within regional area. Respect and referrals from their peers. Increased client base. High retention rates.
