Challenge: Define and position Strides Progressive Rehabilitation Center (Center) as a State-of-the-Art rehabilitation program specializing in the evaluation, treatment and prevention of foot and ankle disorders. Create visibility and provide an increased customer base and referral system.
Goal: Develop a strong initial brand that will define the Center within the medical community and the general public as a unique one-stop solution for foot related rehabilitation for patients of all ages. Develop a referral program to create and sustain a steady stream of patient referrals on a long-term basis from local doctors and athletic coaches.
Actions Taken: The brand was created through an effective logo (or brand package) and introduction of an effective strategic plan. The general and specific audiences within the medical community were identified. A message was developed unique to each target audience and media selected on the basis of their ability to meet our goals with the correct message. The achievement of 17+ favorable impressions was achieved through executing marketing initiatives that included direct mail, social networks, live events and print ads. Each piece was designed to overlay previous impressions and focused on creating visibility and providing the center with a viable customer base.
Result: The development and promotion of the Strides brand allowed the company to launch with unprecedented success. Through the 17i Marketing System the Strides Rehabilitation Center has maintained its leading position in the community, and the referral system developed during that time has been critical to their sustained success.
